Jason Platt grew up in Connecticut, but learned to dance at college in 2003. Eventually, Jason moved back home, but not before becoming a teacher, event organizer, and sidewalk-chalk-advertiser for the Lehigh University Swing Club. Jason is an avid enthusiast of the Lindy Hop and the Balboa. He also continues to travel and learn, studying the Charleston, Solo Jazz, and Choreography. Jason finds time to practice and teach regularly at Lindy Circle, at Vinnie's, and in hallways at work. When teaching and dancing, Jason focuses on cooperation, comfortable connection, and joyful expression of music.
Regina Wagner began swing dancing in the fall of 2005 and immediately fell in love with the Lindy Hop. In 2008, she taught dance for both the Connecticut Swing Dance Society as well as the Yale Swing & Blues Club, and has competed and placed in both local and national swing dance competitions. Having a deep love for learning and dance, she takes classes whenever she has the opportunity, and enjoys Lindy Hop, Balboa, and Charleston. While dancing, Regina focuses on good connection and how to compensate for height differences.
