Upstairs on the 2nd floor of the historic Branford Theatre Building, we have a beautiful, comfortable wood sprung floor, excellent sound system, air conditioning, just the right mood lighting and windows facing out onto the street for added excitement.  Just two minutes off I95,  plenty of free parking.  If the lot is full, park next door at the bank.

MECA, 28 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473

We’ve got a bamboo floor just the right size for classes. Popular with dance, exercise and yoga groups, the downstairs location creates the feeling of a fun party room.

There’s 3 buildings at the address. MECA is set back from the street, grey building on the right. Entrance is at the back, we’re downstairs. Plenty of free parking, if the parking lot is full, park in the lots on either side. Just 3 minutes off I91 and the Merritt Parkway.

• RIGHT on Bishop St (Route 22).
• Go STRAIGHT through one light and continue over I-91.
• RIGHT at light onto Washington Avenue.

• Go STRAIGHT past 3 large shopping centers on your right.
• CROSS Route 22.
